Saliva testing – diagnosis prior to the cavity


Because caries/decay and peridontitis are bacterial infections, it is understandable that we don’t have to wait for the defects that these bacteria cause, but that we identify the types and amount of bacteria that are present with this kind of test prior to the tissue destruction.
