Pressed ceramicThe first step in the production of pressed ceramic, the desired tooth structure is waxed up (modelled in wax). Then the formed wax is placed in a special plaster and preheated to the desired (correct) temperature. When the required temperature has been reached, the press ceramic slug/blank is inserted into the crucible and pressed into the mould. |
