Transplants/GraftsSoft tissue transplants/grafts are predominantly used for aesthetic improvements. We use modern operation techniques, the so called subepithelial connective tissue graft and the free gingival graft. The graft allows us to regenerate possible volume defects of the mucosa. This is necessary for the creation of pontics or the covering of recession defects. |
